£333.26 (Including VAT at 20%)

Availability: Usually Dispatched Within 14 Working Days

Dimensions
100 x 200 x 1375mm

Mi-Beam beams are formed and moulded by skilled craftsmen in Britain.
A replica wood beam manufactured using a blend of materials resulting in high density composite which is non-combustible.
The material is fibre reinforced and prefinished with a low VOC stain to accentuate the detail and depth of grain to simulate the look of natural wood.
It has appeal and touch of natural wood combined with lasting quality and affordability.
Due to the nature of our manufacturing and moulding process, all dimensions are approximate and actual colour shades may vary. We are constantly improving our products and reserve the right to change any materials or specifications with prior notice.

Pre-Cautions
Although the material is non-combustible direct contact with a naked flame or extreme temperatures could cause discolouration and crazing.
The beam is sealed to provide protection from every day dust and grime. However, care should be taken to avoid staining by preventing contact with hot and cold liquids such as coffee, tea or wine.
Please ensure the surface is protected from candle wax as staining will occur.
Direct contact with any naked flame could cause discolouration and crazing.

Aftercare
Direct contact with any naked flame could cause discolouration and crazing.
To clean simply vacuum or use a dry cloth
Never use abrasive powders or chemicals

Fixing Instructions
Please read and fully understand these instructions before the fixing commences.
Please note mechanical fixings, adhesive and caulking are not supplied.
Please ensure that the correct fixings are used dependent on the type of background to be fixed to. Where dry lining is present the bracket/fixing must be secured to the solid wall behind.
