This multi fuel chimney liner is a high performance twin walled flexible flue liner designed and approved for use with all fuels including gas, oil and approved solid fuels.
The standard product is manufactured from 316L grade stainless steel. A superior 904L grade stainless steel option is also available. Both grades of chimney liner now come with a conditional warranty for the lifespan of the appliance.
The corrugated outer wall provides crush protection during installation. Twin strip construction (2 x 0.105mm). The inner wall is smooth to encourage the flow of flue gasses and to discourage the build up of soot and other potentially corrosive residue. The inner and outer walls are joined by a Triple Lock Joint System, acknowledged to be the best available for strength and longevity.
This chimney liner is manufactured and approved to BS EN1856-2 & BS EN1443. CE approved Cert No. 0086-CPR-593755. It is also approved by HETAS, the official body recognised by Government to approve biomass and solid fuel domestic heating appliances, fuels and services.
This chimney liner is suitable for use on oil, gas and approved solid fuels. Use only high quality solid fuels as recommended by HETAS or SFA. In the case of wood the moisture content should be no greater than 20%.
316L grade stainless steel flue liners are suitable for continuous use with oil, gas & wood. It is also suitable for occasional use of mineral fuels, but this must be limited to 20% of the total fuel burnt to be covered by the LIFETIME conditional warranty. It is not suitable for long term or continuous use with mineral fuels such as smokeless fuels or bituminous coal.
904L grade stainless steel flue liners are suitable for continuous use with oil, gas & wood and with solid mineral fuels. To be covered by the LIFETIME warranty in case of continuous use of mineral fuels, the 904L grade liner must be installed.
The appliance that the chimney liner is serving must not be located where there is risk of chemical contamination. Long periods of slumbering will greatly reduce the life expectancy of your chimney liner. For this reason slumbering is not recommended.
