Making a Purchase
When placing an order online with us, you are entering into a legally binding contract valid under UK law.

We have tried to make it easy for anyone to purchase our products on-line. Browse through our products, click on the Add to Basket button to add any items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. When you have selected all the items you require, click on the Checkout button. You will then be asked to complete your delivery details, shipping method and payment details, all required to complete your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, JCB and Maestro cards. Where shipment is within 1 week, and for all specially manufactured items, cards are charged on receipt of order. Orders on longer deliveries are charged for when ready to ship. 

Shipping Costs
We use TNT Carriers, Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our deliveries. All carriage charges are based on the total weight of your order (kg), and include packaging and handling. 

UK Orders:- All items within our catalogue are available for UK mainland shipping. You will be able to select how you would like your goods shipped during the ordering process. Please note that the delivery times shown are approximate and not guaranteed. 

Delivery Schedule
Approximate availability is shown for each item in our catalogue. Please note that stock items are generally in stock but cannot always be guaranteed. We will despatch your order asap. If there is to be a delay in the delivery of any items on your order, we will advise you by return. You will, of course, have the option to cancel your order if you wish.

Tax Charges
We are registered in England for VAT, registration number 417 4250 70. For orders made from the United Kingdom and the European Union , 17.5% VAT is added to all orders. Orders made from other countries are shipped free of vat, in accordance with current legislation.

Credit Card Security
We use the latest, industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it. Credit or Debit card transactions are fully secure. The yellow padlock icon in your browser window confirms when you are viewing a secure area of a site.

Guarantee
We want you to be happy both buying from us and with the items you buy from us. If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will accept any stock items back within 30 days of purchase, and refund the cost of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to us, and we are unable to refund any carriage costs. Any items ordered in especially will be considered for return as individual cases.

Any complaints should be directed to complaints@fluesystems.com. We will deal with any complaints in a fair manner, confidentially and effectively. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, and every effort will be made to resolve the complaint within 14 working days. Please help us to help you by providing as much information as possible. All complaints are logged and checked by ourselves to monitor our own performance.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

All information given at the time of ordering, through account applications and e-mail enquiries is collected by ourselves. This information is used for internal organisational purposes only. Marketing material is only sent to consumers who have specifically requested to join our e-mailing list. We do not disclose any personal details to third parties.

Any queries regarding our privacy policy should be e-mailed to privacy@fluesystems.com. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases
e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy
We are happy to accept any items for return within 30 days provided that they are returned in resaleable condition. Please note that we are unable to refund carriage charges and return carriage charges are the customers responsibility.

We fully comply with merchant obligations of "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000". These regulations entitle you to a 7 day "cooling off" period. If you order anything and find it not to be as you expected, you are entitled to return the item to us for a refund (all refunds exclude carriage charges either way). 

Remittance Terms
The majority of orders are conducted on a payment before delivery basis. Credit account customers may select "Invoice with Order" and be billed to their credit account facility.
