Extend the length of the Chimsoc Handgrip by 350mm

The Chimsoc Extension Tube Kit allows you to increase the length of the Chimsoc handgrip by 350mm. Use this kit with your Chimsoc when you are installing it further up the chimney stack.

What's in The Box?

1 x Extension Tube
Black plastic extension tube - 350mm in length

1 x Chimsoc - Valve
A valve and two rubber seals for attaching to the end of the Extension Tube

The valve that comes with the extension tube has two rubber seals, whilst the original Chimsoc valve has one. You need to swap the valves over in order to connect the extension tube to the Chimsoc as follows:-

1. Remove the existng valve from your Chimsoc (simply pull it)
2. Insert the extension tube valve into your Chimsoc (simple push fit). This valve must now remain open.
3. Attach the extension tube to your Chimsoc (simple push fit).
4. Attach the original Chimsoc valve to the bottom of the extension tube.

You now use just the bottom valve to seal and unseal your Chimsoc.
