Dektite is a one piece flexible pipe flashing designed to
accommodate flashing of various pipe and flue materials onto a range of
profiled sheets. The Dektite system provides a flexible solution for flashing problems.
Square base Dektites can be used on pipes, vents and
flues where the roof pitch is under 11°, in snow zones,
on high pitched roofs over 45° and on deep profile
roofs.

Dektite is a one piece flexible pipe flashing designed to
accommodate flashing of various pipe and flue materials onto a range of
profiled sheets.
The Dektite system provides a flexible solution for flashing problems.
Designed to completely weather-proof pipes and flues wherever they
penetrate profiled roofs and walls, Dektite eliminates the need for
special purpose soakers or flashing back, and can be installed easily by
one person. |

The flexible material allows for pipe movement due to expansion and
contraction or vibration, maintaining a weather-proof seal.
Dektite is easily fastened to all sheet profiles and tile materials i.e.
aluminium, steel

Base Soaker Dektite
Eliminates damming effect
between ribs and caters for pipes from 75mm to 610mm diameter on
roof pitches up to 20°, on profiled sheet up to 40mm depth of
corrugation.
- Provides flat tray area for
smooth water run-off.

- EPDM covers temperatures from
-50°C to 115°C
(-58°F to 239°F)
- Silicone covers temperatures
from -60°C to 200°C
