Description The multi fuel Rotorvent is a revolving cowl and ventilator which solves all problems of downdraught and can be used equally well for ventilation. Technical breakthroughs in spindle design and fin fixing make this stainless steel cowl the strongest and most durable around - and the high performance of the strong 316 grade fins produces excellent draw in the chimney or ventilation shaft. The Rotorvent is now available in two sizes, and there are a variety of options available for the Rotorvent Turbolite as shown below.  An integral rain lip helps prevent water ingress and twin enclosed bearing races filled with high temperature grease ensure maximum performance for many years.

High Winds:-  High wind areas can be a problem for revolving chimney cowls, and we therefore generally do not recommend their use in coastal areas or areas where there are regular high winds. However, if you are going to use one, then the Vesta Air Spinner is the one to go for. It's the most solid construction of all the revolving chimney cowls. Otherwise, please consider using the Windkat, the H Cowl, or a Vedette cowl. Alternatively, budget choices for high wind areas would be the Maxi Cowl, the Colt Top All Purpose (with strap band fixing), or the Mini Eurocowl.
