Description
The Brewer Top Stop is the complete answer to protecting your
chimney whilst in use and during the shut-down season.
Designed for use
with open fires, the Brewer Top Stop incorporates a damper
operated by stainless steel cable attached to a handle located
to the side of the fireplace.
The cowl can
therefore be closed off completely when the fire is not being

When open, the Brewer Top
Stop allows efficient exhaust of smoke and fumes, but still protects
against rain, birds, squirrels, leaves and other debris. To close the
Top Stop during the warmer months when the fire is not in use, the
handle is put in the closed position to hold the damper shut. This
eliminates those annoying draughts that can be experienced during
spring, summer and early autumn evenings when a fire is not required.
The Brewer Top Stop is manufactured in 316 stainless steel for
durability and can be powder coated Terracotta, Buff or Black if
required.
The ease of fitting, with
