System Status

We apologise for the fact that it is not currently possible for retail customers to order online. Our internet service provider has technical problems with the space where our ordering section sits.

Despite every effort on our part to get them to move more quickly, the issue still remains. We have now been told that it will be resolved some time today. However we have been given promises previously that have not materialised.

In the meatime, we are in the process of setting up a backup ordering system in a different space to allow customers to order, and will post as soon as it's available.

Our trade site and chimney balloon site are functioning normally.
