Retail Ordering Now Available

Following on from our technical issues reported here, we have now established a separate area for retail customers to order online.

Our retail site is split between 2 areas. The non-secure areas are the home page and product information pages and appear under the url www.fluesystems.com/ . Our ordering and checkout pages are all in secure space under the url https://vault1.secured-url.com/chimney/. It's the secure space where our internet service provider is having technical problems.

So we have now esablished a temporary separate area cointaining our retail ordering and checkout pages at this link:- https://vault2.secured-url.com/chimneys/acatalog/. You can order online securely from this link. Please be aware that during this time, the links from our non-secure (www.fluesystems.com) areas to the ordering area will take you to the non-working vault1 area and not the working vault2 area.

We'll give our internet service provider another day to resolve the technical problems in the vault1 space. If it doesn't happen, we will stay with the vault2 area and rewrite all the links from the non-secure area.
